SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME:

MINDBEND is a small owned and operated business, we put all of our high vibrational energy, efforts and time into sourcing, designing and hand-making every piece using the highest quality variation of beads. We're eternally grateful for your support and for choosing us to provide you with our hand-made unique pieces.

Since the majority of our pieces are made to order, we have a processing time of 2-4 days after receiving your order in addition to your chose shipping time. 

We truly appreciate your understanding of this processing time, as it is the only way we are able to keep up with our business and to keep providing you all with quality pieces that we hand-make with love and high vibrations. 

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

SHIPPING:

We offer flat rate shipping, estimated shipping times vary depending on destination or unforeseen postal service delays. The usual estimated shipping time within the U.S can vary from 5-10 days.

You will receive a tracking number with your order that way you can see your packages journey :)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship worldwide! For international shipments outside of the U.S, you may be required to pay tariffs or duty taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country and is out of our control. 

DELAYS: 

After we ship out your package, you will have a tracking number for your order to track the journey of your package before it gets delivered to you! Once your package is shipped out, the postal service is now responsible for it. We recommend  adding insurance on your item just in case any issues come up with the postal service. 

"What if my package say's its been delivered but I haven't received it?" This also applies to that as well. If any issues come up, we are happy to help. 

If you suspect any issues with your order, the best solution is to put through a claim with the postal service. When the claim process is complete, we can send you a new item or refund!
